Pipefitter Estimator Man-Hour Manual

PEMM is a comprehensive pipefitter estimating app with builtin man-hour data. It empowers craftsmen, estimators, contractors, engineers, and owners alike with the means to quickly evaluate and conduct all manner of this work, wherever encountered.

The app provides instant access to over 100,000 pipefitting man-hour units, covering all the common handling, joining, supporting, and testing activities, components, and pipelines, for both carbon-steel and alloy-steel piping. Three interactive radio-buttons [SIZE] [SCH] [MAT] provide access to the entire database.

In conjunction with the builtin labor data, quantities and labor & material rates [QUAN] [LAB RATE] [MAT RATE] can be entered and/or changed at any time, for complete all-found estimates. As well, the entire labor database can be adjusted for productivity [PROD] at any time.

The program initializes with a data set for [4”] [STD] [CS] piping at a productivity of [1.0] and a labor rate of [$100.00] and then alternative choices can be made as needed. For unusual or off-spec pipe, the SCH list can be cycled through for a close match.
